A Guide to Connecting Caring Communities - June 2007

This guide (PDF) is designed to offer ideas on how to keep our elders "connected" within the neighborhoods they choose, and to fuel interest in being a part of a neighborhood partnership.

The guide also outlines key components essential to building successful partnerships:  identifying the community and its assets, building and nurturing the partnership, and developing the plan.
